I have a mother cat,then I have her kittens.4 of them.The kittens are a product of the mother cat and her son,the son was a product of the mother cat and her first son...its complicated but just imagine inbreeding.My cats are all outdoor cats that rome around the farm eating mice and such and are pretty much wild,meaning not tame,hard to catch.

Anyways,I come home last night around 9:30 after a nice little argument with the not-so-new girlfriend.The argument went along the lines of me not being sensitive enough in the right moments when I was supposed to know to be sensitive in those moments.That brainreading thing I havent mastered yet.

Anyways,the kitties were all hanging out on the porch and I had an urge to try and pet one of the vermin in hopes of taming one of em.I caught one,the runt of the litter.Brought the little guy indoors with me in the flap of my jacket,kept him warm,then made the HORRIBLE mistake of putting him down.He runs about the living room and proceeds into the kitchen.I didnt know this but theres a little passage way to the right of my sink thats about a 3"x3" tunnel that hits a wall then goes right and left to the sink.The tunnel system forms a T and is about 3 foot in either directin from the top of the T.

This stories draggin so I'll condense...kittie wont come out,kittie spends the night in the small tunnel,meowing LOUDLY about every hour keeping me up all night,worrying whether he was shitting and pissing all over my kitchin cabinets.

I get up this morn,drink my requisite two cups of joe and go to work on kittie.This tunnel system was aplace where every thing that had ever fallen off the kitchen counter had gone to settle for eternity.I found in the hidden tunnel system,four tennis balls,one baseball,a bouncy ball,one Paas easter egg painting kit,a Mc Donalds happy meal Top from the eighties and lots of mice poop...watch for my thread on the Hantivirus soon.

Anyways I spent an hour with a fishing rod a yardstick and a long pole with a hook on it to drag kittie out of his lair. On a positive I think he might be halfway tame now.Oh and the GF and I are fine too.

I know my orriginal post was a little long winded,but the little kitty died.He was the runt of the litter and just wouldn't eat,but from his mothers breast,and mother was tired of that.He never grew and nature took its coarse.

Here's the wierd part.I found the dead kitty under the shrubs off to the side of the house.I didnt have time to take care of it right away and kinda forgot about him till the next morning.

The dead cat dissapeared,I dont know what happened,...Resurection?Dog Food?,Coyote snack?or perhaps,cat canabalism?

Well think of it in a postive way.... the cat is either warming the tummy of a hungry dog.....art work for some passerby.... or perhaps floated up to take his/her place in kittie eternity.....
